Why is drinking so important for the skin?
Water is the basic building block of all our skin cells. If you want to have beautiful skin and lips, it’s recommended to drink a lot. The skin metabolism is stimulated by sufficient fluid, because the skin is better supplied with blood and the oxygen supply increases. In addition, skin changes such as varicose veins, cellulite and skin impurities decrease. For a younger, more vital appearance, it’s therefore very important to drink enough.
How much should I drink?
For an adult, the recommended daily intake is 2 to 3 liters, depending on body weight. This corresponds to 30 to 40 ml of fluid per kilogram of body weight per day. If the heat is high, the amount should be further increased.
Why is green tea healthy for the skin?
Green tea contains phenols which have a positive effect on the skin, especially on dark spots. In addition, the blood sugar level is lowered in a natural way and green tea has many other positive health effects. In Japan, a lot of green tea is drunk and the Japanese are considered to be particularly long-lived and healthy into old age.
